Total Cost to Fellow: $40 USD / month
What this covers: This is a mandatory Platform Access Fee. It is a direct pass-through cost that funds your cloud infrastructure, your personal AI Research Cabinet, and workspace maintenance for the duration of the program.
Exceptions: Venture Fellows (Technical Co-Founder Track) and Industry-Sponsored Fellows are exempt from this fee.

NO HIDDEN FEES The Platform Access Fee is strictly for digital infrastructure and tooling. It is not a publication fee, not an authorship fee, and not a "pay-for-recommendation" scheme.

The Model (Venture Studio): Zero Tuition Fees. You are appointed under a scholarship/fee-exempt status. Instead of paying fees, you operate under a Venture Builder model: technical contribution is exchanged for access to Institute resources and potential commercial upside, strictly within a non-employment collaboration framework.
IP & Investor Readiness: To ensure projects are viable for external funding, all Project IP created during the fellowship is assigned to the Institute immediately upon creation. This creates the "clean" IP chain of title required by venture capital investors.
Commercial Outcome: If a tool achieves market fit and the Institute forms a spin-off entity:
