Global Principal Investigator (PI) Program – Overview

The NanoTRIZ Innovation Institute (Australia) invites distinguished scholars to join our decentralized research network. We provide the infrastructure (AI Tools, Fellowships, and Grant Administration) that allows senior scientists to lead high-impact projects globally without the need to relocate.

Appointment Structure:

Role: Principal Investigator / Scientific Lead (External).
Status: Independent Research Consultant / Visiting Fellow.
Institution: NanoTRIZ Innovation Institute (ABN: 60 349 600 938).
Nature of Engagement: This is a flexible, remote advisory role designed to complement, not conflict with, your primary academic tenure.

IP Sovereignty ("The Clean Break"): Research conducted wholly within our AI Research Cabinet—using our resources and our funded fellows—ensures clear IP ownership distinct from your home university's claims.
Global Compensation: PIs receive consultancy fees and revenue shares in international currency (AUD/USD) for their leadership and commercial outcomes.

Compliance & Disclosure: We support transparent collaboration. NanoTRIZ provides all appointed PIs with a "Institutional Disclosure Kit" to help you formally register this role with your university as an "External Industry Advisory" or "Visiting Fellowship," ensuring full compliance with "Outside Professional Activity" (OPA) policies.

PIs are invited to nominate exceptional candidates for the Global Research Fellowship. Please ensure that applicants explicitly identify you as their supervisor in their application.

In terms of technical innovation, if you encounter engineering talent capable of contributing to collaborative AI development or future spin-off ventures, please facilitate their recruitment via the Venture Fellow Activation portal.
