Legal and Program Status

NanoTRIZ Innovation Institute is an independent, private Australian research and innovation initiative. It is not a university, registered higher education provider, registered training organisation, CRICOS provider, or accredited education provider. NanoTRIZ programs are optional, non-accredited research-enrichment and innovation activities. They do not confer AQF qualifications, nationally recognised VET credentials, university credit, academic appointments, professional licences, or eligibility for an Australian student visa. Participation does not guarantee publication, admission, scholarships, employment, funding, patents, visa outcomes, or commercial results.

NanoTRIZ may issue certificates recording participation or completion of its internal non-accredited programs. Internal program and project titles identify participation or defined responsibilities only; they do not constitute employment, university appointments, regulated professional titles, or recognised academic qualifications.

TRIZ Attribution and Independence

TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) was developed by Genrich Altshuller and colleagues. NanoTRIZ acknowledges that work and applies its central proposition — that inventive problem solving can be studied, structured, and taught — to research methodology: problem selection, gap identification, hypothesis formation, evidence validation, and translation toward application. The name reflects intellectual lineage, not organisational affiliation.

NanoTRIZ Innovation Institute is an independent scientific and educational organisation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, accredited by, or a member of any TRIZ association, school, or certification body, unless a specific relationship is expressly stated. NanoTRIZ does not deliver TRIZ practitioner training, does not administer TRIZ certification examinations, and does not issue TRIZ level or TRIZ Master certificates. NanoTRIZ does not issue official TRIZ certification. Any NanoTRIZ certificate relates only to participation in or completion of an internal, non-accredited NanoTRIZ program.

Use of NanoTRIZ Innovation Institute as a publication affiliation requires prior written authorisation and must accurately reflect the contributor’s documented role and the work undertaken through NanoTRIZ.
