This website is operated by Alexander Aleksandrovic Solovev, an Australian sole trader trading under the registered business name NanoTRIZ Innovation Institute (ABN 60 349 600 938, Brisbane, Queensland). “NanoTRIZ”, “we” and “us” refer to him. NanoTRIZ is not a company, university, registered higher-education provider, registered training organisation, CRICOS provider or accredited education provider.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of www.nanotriz.com. Programs, mentoring, workshops and project collaborations are governed by the Terms of Participation and Program Conditions and by any written offer or agreement. Those documents apply only when you expressly accept them. Viewing this website does not create a contract for any program or service.
3. Information on this website
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is general information only. It is not academic, legal, immigration or financial advice. NanoTRIZ programs are non-accredited and do not lead to degrees, academic credit or recognised qualifications. Program pages describe what may be offered; the services included in a paid program are those stated in your written offer.
4. Fees and refunds
Prices and payment terms are stated on the relevant program page, checkout page or written offer. Cancellation and refund rights, including a 14-day cooling-off period and pro-rata refunds, are set out in Section 5 of the Terms of Participation. Nothing on this website limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use this website unlawfully, try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, upload harmful code, or submit information that is false or that you are not entitled to share.
6. Intellectual property
The text, graphics, templates and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to NanoTRIZ. You may view and print them for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission. Work you create as a participant is dealt with in Section 10 of the Terms of Participation.
7. Links to other websites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Australian Consumer Law and liability
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this website, or for decisions made by third parties such as universities, journals, funders or immigration authorities.
9. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes do not apply retrospectively to an agreement you have already entered into.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Visitors outside Australia may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of their own country.
